Emergent Learning Clinic is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).  We value our therapists, therefore, incorporate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy with all employees in our clinic. Job requirements include:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Behavioural Analysis, Disability Studies, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.

• 1 year of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Behavior Case Manager, Behavior Therapist, or equivalent.

• 1 year of experience working with special needs children, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

• Ability to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 lbs required.

• Must be eligible for BCBA certification and State of Iowa licensure as a Behavior Analyst.

• Pre-employment background check.
